Went to the Orlando Mini-con and got a job with "What the Flux Comics!" I'll be inking a few issues, just finished my first cover for Concrete Dove issue #2 (still have to color it) and then I'll probably doing inks and pencils for the same series. I'm now opening commissions for just about anything. I'm trained in sequential art (comic book styles) but can do:

pinups
portraits
original characters
established characters
sequential pages (for your comic pitch)
storyboards
logos
cd covers/t-shirts
promo posters
and am open to ideas for other projects as well

I'm fast and promise to deliver a quality one of a kind work of art. I can do them in ink or just pencil, computer color or traditional. I'm charging $15/hr but as I said I am fast and I doubt there's much you could throw at me that would take me more than 2/3 hrs to pencil. I will quote you a price first based on what you want. Just in case anybody didn't know, I do have multiple web comics posted that have little or no work shown on DA. I never hear anything about them. I promote my blog quite a bit but I don't think I've ever had anyone go and check my actual comics out. I have some in water color, some in black and white, some in color. Some that took days, a day, or some that consumed weeks or months. The Zine fair is next month, I should put something together for it.

i dont know, im trying really hard, im getting better. im really happy with my art and i think im doing very well, but no one knows about me, and after i get out of school that's going to be a big hump to overcome. deviantart seems to be a community that grows exponentially, for every add you get those add three more and so on and so forth through people who see those works on other people's pages. i feel liek i can go places, i told robin just give me a few years, because i feel like i could really take off - but if i dont go anywhere at least i can say i gave it my all. but im 75% sure ill find work fairly fast. we'll see when it becomes bills vs. cheap and time consuming art jobs i hope art comes out on top, but i want to be able to eat as well. ill probably end up doing a job and comics on teh side, even if it got o the point where i could have a part time job and do comics that would make me happy. but the commissions post got no comments so it looks like ill just keep doing the same stuff and put along until i get somewhere. its progress right?
